Ford Sierra Rs Cosworth
This much loved Ford Sierra Rs Cosworth sat in a garage for many years with a broken gearbox, with its owner desperate to get it back on the road he contacted us and we arranged collection.
On arrival to the workshop we started by removing the gearbox, completely stripping it down to replace the broken third gear. Once the gearbox was rebuilt we added a mod and fitted a hydraulic clutch conversion leaving that heavy clutch pedal feel behind.
With that ticked off the list we set to work on recommissioning. We carried out a service and replacement cambelt, 4 new tyres, front discs and pads and re built the noisy rear differential. Then last but certainly not least an MOT test with a pass certificate to finally get this beauty back on the road.
