This beautiful example of an Escort Rs Cosworth came into our workshop for a full engine rebuild. The owner who hadn’t long purchased this Cosworth wanted our expertise to give it the once over and for peace of mind, remove the current tired engine and carry a complete overhaul.

We started by completely stripping the engine, sending it for machine work and once returned we cracked on and replaced all internal components and rebuilt this engine from the ground up.

Whilst on the ramp we carried out a light modification and supplied and fitted a hydraulic clutch conversion which has transformed the drive of this iconic 80’s classic.  Colour coded cam cover and front indicators, a fresh set of gold alloy wheels and this Escort were ready to hit the car shows and summer sunshine.
