This fine example of a 1989 Cosworth the must have car of the 80’s was brought to us for a full engine rebuild and paintwork.

We freshened up the tired body work and rebuilt the engine of course uprating it to handle power in excess of 450bhp.

In order to do so we used a new old stock Ford 200 Cosworth Block, machined and fitted group A piston oil spray jets, Cosworth YB long stud conversion and uprated pistons and rods.

We stripped and vapour blasted the Cylinder head replaced valves and bronze guides. Fitted new cams and vernier pulleys then last but not least added an RS 500 style intercooler and uprated Turbo along with bigger injectors.

The icing on the cake was fitting a new hydraulic clutch kit preventing that heavy pedal.
